Solo-Mâtine

Installation of silhouettes and objects Le Vestaire/Solo-Mâtine tells a sort of private story about the development of feminine fashion during the post-war period. The silhouettes are set up as if they have been frozen in the moment of change of clothing. The installation put the lights on the insides of the clothing, particularly on the vintage details, as well as on the flattering aspect of the underwear to the feminine lines.

Installation "Women plastic wardrobes"/ Solo-Mâtine
Plastic wardrobes, common object of the western post-war culture, are shown as symbols of the feminine fashion. Underwear wardrobe as the Graphic wardrobe, Flower wardrobe or Lurex wardrobe presenting themes as printed flowers, shiny clothing or accessories - all of them covering the period 1946-1985.

Video installation "The Cloakroom" is a video patchwork about clothing, underwear and accessories. The scenario of this mini film follows the chronology of time, of the 1946>1985.
The Cloakroom is one of the installations of this exhibition that talks about women intimacy in everyday life.
