Goals of associations"SMS-Projects"

 

Cultural organization "SMS-Projects" is an abbreviation of "Solo-Mâtine'S Projects". By its definition, the projects are conceived by Solo-Matine in collaboration with other artists or coworkers.
Association is created in 2003 by Solo-Mâtine and its closer coworkers, initially under the name of "Loco-Motiv". In 2006, the association changed its name to "SMS-Projects".

 

The artistic projects carried out by SMS- Projects are:

2006 Art-Strelka, Moscow (RUS) exhibition and performance "Tchébu goes to the Moon"
2006 Village of the creators, Lyon (F) video performances
2005 T-Modul, Moscow (Rus) performance "BB and its small animal preferred... tchébu"
2005 Liederhalle, Stuttgart (D) exhibition "BB and its small animal preferred... tchébu"
2004 Kongresshaus, Zurich (CH) exhibition "Old Look"
2003 Building of Driving forces, Geneva (CH)"Mechanical" performance
2003 Swiss Arts centre in Paris (F) performance "Escape"

 

Objectives of association SMS Projects: 

 

• The promotion and research for new creative attitudes to their formal term and application.

• The creation of synergy between artists, art schools, industry and the public.

• To permanently establish the inventory of research in contemporary art, by seeking the application of principles (MATERIAU-FORME-FONCTION), and expression IMAGE-IMPACT.

• The promotion of a policy of exhibitions, performances, installations, publications and documentations.

• To propose constructive modifications in the trainings of art professionals.
